Sagres is one of the best places in Portugal for beginner surfers thanks to its variety of beaches and consistent waves. Our group surf lessons are designed for people trying surfing for the first time, as well as beginner-plus surfers who want to improve their technique.
Lessons are organised according to the ocean conditions and tides to provide the safest and best possible experience each day. Small groups, certified instructors and beginner-friendly beaches help students progress faster and feel comfortable in the water.
Surfboard, wetsuit, insurance and transport from Sagres are included. Most lessons last around 3 hours in total, including approximately 2 hours in the water.
